SantaMagic Pricing Structure

Personal Home Visit

15 minute pop in visit $100.00

30 minute in-home personal SantaMagic encounter $175.00

• $25.00 added per each additional family encounter during Santa visit. (this is not per child, this is per each family with children that you invite to your encounter).

1 hour in-home personal SantaMagic encounter $250.00

• $25.00 added per each additional family encounter during Santa visit. (this is not per child, this is per each family with children that you invite to your encounter).

2 Hour Corporate rate - $375.00

3 Hour Corporate rate - $475.00

4 Hour Corporate rate - $575.00

Special Pricing Christmas Eve Visit:

30 Minute in home personal SantaMagic encounter $500.00 
1 hour in-home personal SantaMagic encounter $800.00 plus additional

Special Pricing Christmas Day Visit:

This is an exclusive offer, made available for only one lucky visit.  Imagine a  truly magical Christmas morning as your child or children awaken to breakfast with Santa.   Santa will take care of all the cooking and make his very special Christmas Waffles and personally deliver a special present just for your child or children (present provided by client).  Santa will spend two full hours with you and your family making memories that will last a lifetime.  This exclusive SantaMagic encounter is $2,500.00

Your SantaMagic encounter may include:

• Personal time with Santa for each child present.
• Santa will bring his toy bag if you would like to provide some toys for an early Christmas.
• Santa may perform various magic tricks and will work hard to entertain everyone.
• Candy Canes or Peppermints can be given out but must be provided by client
• One hour visits include story reading of your choice.
• Photography and Video are welcomed along with posed amateur family portraits.**
• Fantastic memories your child will never forget.

 
**It is understood that all photographs placed on social media are deemed fair game and may be re-used by SantaMagic as a publicity photo on social media, SantaMagic.biz, or printed advertising.

We accept cash, check, paypal, Master Card, and Visa.  Payment must be made in advance. 

Due to the high risk of cancellation and possible inability to obtain a replacement booking, we have a NO REFUND policy on retainer fees.  Payment in full is required on all appearances 30 days prior to your event.  If your event total is greater than $350, a 50% minimum retainer is required.
